UGRADES
v2 is a free upgrade for all v1 owners. Log in to your Gumroad library and download v2 directly. In v2.1 I am aiming to have the update option built into the app itself.
MAC USERS
The MacBook version is a beta right now. I am not on the Apple Developer Program yet so gatekeeper is flagging the app as damaged.
If you want to use it there are some steps to get around this.
1. Open the App Using Control-Click (Recommended)
Open Finder, go to Applications, locate the app.
Press Control while clicking the app icon.
Select Open from the shortcut menu.
Click Open again in the confirmation dialog.
The app will now be trusted and can be opened normally.
2. Use the “Open Anyway” Button in System Settings
After the error appears, close the dialog.
Go to System Settings > Privacy & Security.
Under Security, you’ll see a message like: “[App] was blocked from use because it is not from an identified developer.”
Click Open Anyway.
Confirm with Open when prompted.
For Mac users who didn't get the option to 'Open anyway' in security System Settings, try this in terminal. Open the Terminal app, paste in 'xattr -cr ' (note the space after cr) then drag 'Nano Banana Pro Prompt Builder' app to the Terminal at the end, then hit enter. You should now be able to open the app from Applications.
DOES THE APP SUPPORT VIDEO?

CAN I USE THE PROMPTS IN GEMINI OR FLOW?

In-app generation requires API setup. Export remains available if you prefer to run prompts directly in Gemini.
OTHER API PROVIDERS
Multi-provider API support is under review. Suggestions are being tracked for future updates.
INCONSISTENT FACES OR CHARACTERS
Use a high-resolution reference image tightly framed on the face, with minimal background detail. Results improve further if the reference includes multiple head angles within a single image. This reduces drift and improves facial consistency.
WHITE SCREEN -
Some people have had a white screen after installation.
The issue is caused by corrupted temporary files within the application's data directory. Clearing the local cache resolves the UI rendering error.
How to Clear the Application Cache
If the "White Screen" error occurs again, follow these steps to reset the interface data:
Close the application completely (check the Task Manager to ensure no background processes are running).
Press Win + R on your keyboard to open the "Run" dialog.
Type %AppData% and press Enter. This will open your user's "Roaming" folder.
Locate and open the folder named after your application.
